Renato Carvalho is the founding partner of Laplace, an advisory and asset management firm with approximately BRL1 billion of AUM. Mr. Carvalho is a board member of Via Varejo, Progen, and TMA, and Vice-Chairman of Vanguarda Agro. Mr. Carvalho was a board member of Biosev, founding partner of Angra Partners and board member of Metro do Rio and Telemig Celular.
Mr. Carvalho worked at Monitor Clipper Partners/Corporate Finance in Boston, Lehman Brothers in NY, and Accenture.
Mr. Carvalho holds a BS in Mechatronics Engineering from Escola Politécnica/USP and an MBA from Tuck School at Dartmouth. Mr. Carvalho was a corporate finance MBA professor at Insper.

Allan Libman was Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse Brazil, joining the bank in 2004, having also served as a member of the Americas Investment Banking Committee in NY. Marcelo Saad was the Managing Director Co-Head of Corporate Banking & Securities for Brazil at Deutsche Bank. Formerly, he spent 10 years at Credit Suisse, first as MD Head of Fixed Income Structuring, and later as Head of Fixed Income Group & Co-Head at Credit Suisse Asset Management Brazil. Mr. Saad was a member of the Brazil Investment Banking Committee, CS Brazil Board Member, the Latam Investment Committee at CSAM and also Global Operating Committee of the AM division.
Previously he worked at Goldman Sachs in New York as the person in charge of setting up the local FICC and Equities businesses in Brazil. Prior, Mr. Saad was a Partner at Credit-Agricole Indosuez EM, responsible for AM and the Brazilian businesses.
Mr. Saad holds a BS in Production Engineering from PUC-RJ and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

André Berenguer has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate and investment banking. Throughout his career, he originated and structured several debt and equity transactions in the Brazilian capital markets and abroad, mergers and acquisitions, structured debt among others. He also served as Treasurer, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer. He was an alternate and effective member of boards of directors. He was Managing Director at Banco Santander, Executive Director of ING Bank, Executive Superintendent of Banco BBA, Managing Director of BBA Securities Inc. (NY), CFO and RI Director of BR Properties, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Light among others. He also worked in corporate financial consultancy. He is currently an independent member of the Board of Directors of Casa da Moeda, Caixa Economica Federal and OTP.
Mr. Berenguer holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo and has attended executive education programs in Wharton, Chicago Booth, IESE (Madrid) and CEIBS (Shangai).
